No. All figures are non-binding ballparks. The actual price depends on scope, complexity, and your specific requirements. We're happy to put together a custom quote.
How does BAFA funding work?
BAFA funds management consulting for SMBs at regionally tiered rates: 50% of cost (max. 1,750 € subsidy) in the old federal states without Lüneburg and Trier regions — applies for clients in Hameln, Hannover, Hildesheim and Bielefeld too. 80% (max. 2,800 €) in the new federal states, Lüneburg region and Trier region. The funding covers consulting — not development. We check eligibility and prepare the application; formally you file it online via the BAFA platform.
What's included in the price?
Everything: consulting, development, deployment, documentation and training. No hidden licence cost — we use open-source models. Server hosting cost is billed separately if you go self-hosted.
